Delivery at home is within 2 to 7 business days and from Monday to Saturday. You will receive a Track & Amp; Trace code to be able to follow the package and the time for delivery.

Deliver in the Netherlands
We deliver in the Netherlands against a shipping allowance of Û 6.95 euros. With an order value of Û 75 or higher, no shipping costs will be charged in the Netherlands.

There are no shipping costs for your first order from other countries other than the Netherlands. Use the discount code for this: WELCOMEASFER. For your next order above Û 75 we share the shipping costs 50%.

The costs are based on the PostNL rates.

When return

In the event of an error of the content of the order, or if you have received a damaged or defective product, we would like personal contact or send us an email.

Many purchases via the internet have a legal reflection time of 14 calendar days. The reflection time starts to walk on the day after you have received the product. There are the following exceptions that apply to Aurora Dionis Dermacosmetics products.

  • products that quickly spoil or have a limited shelf life.
  • products that are not suitable for returning to health reasons or hygiene. The right to reflection time has expired when the seal has been broken.

How to return?

If you want to return your order or part of it, you will then give us to us through which specific articles you want to return. If you do that stating your name, postal address and order number (starting with # year-xxxx), and when possible, your telephone number and email address. The products must in any case be returned within the period of 14 days.

The following conditions apply:

  • Due to hygiene and safety regulations, products used / open cannot be taken back.
  • The product must have been stored in a cool and dark place.

  • The product is exposed to a maximum of 20 ¡ C.

If the aforementioned conditions are complied with, the products you return are reimbursed. The reimbursement will be made by bank transfer which has been used for payment. This happens within 14 days of receiving the products.
