DOES IT COST ANYTHING TO START EARNING POINTS?
No, absolutely nothing! Participation is 100% free, and there's no cost to earn points. Go to "Earn Points" to get started.
DO I HAVE TO REGISTER FOR INDIVIDUAL ACTIONS?
Once you've registered an account, you're all set. We don't require any further registrations to participate in promotions. Simply meet the requirements for one of the options, and we'll credit the points to your account immediately!
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR POINTS TO BE CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT?
You should receive points in your account immediately after a promotion is completed!
DO MY SAVINGS POINTS EXPIRE?
Nope! The savings points are always valid.
WHAT HAPPENS TO MY POINTS IF I MAKE A RETURN?
When you return an item, you will lose any associated credit you originally earned by purchasing the item.
Sound a bit confusing? Let's take an example: let's say you previously spent €50 on a "spend €100, earn 500 points" promotion, and you decide to buy a €20 item, totaling €70. If you decide to return that item, your progress will also drop to €50—it's as if you didn't buy the item at all.
