No. 14 Eye Makeup Remover is a mild, oil-based cleanser specially formulated for very sensitive and dry skin. The gentle formula dissolves makeup and waterproof mascara without rubbing or pulling, while jojoba, sweet almond, and evening primrose oils instantly soothe and restore skin. The remover reduces tightness and fine dryness lines, leaving a nourished, non-greasy feel. Free from fragrances, microplastics, and hormone disruptors—suitable for allergies and daily use.
