Start je huidroutine

Tot slot help ik je graag bij het opstellen van een juiste huidroutine. Dit betekent regelmatig reinigen, hydrateren en beschermen tegen schadelijke invloeden van buitenaf. Dit is vooral belangrijk om bacteriën en vuil te verwijderen en je huid gezond te houden. Maar vergeet ook niet het belang van een gezonde voeding en voldoende slaap, die cruciaal zijn voor een gezonde huid.

Kortom, mijn aanpakmethode helpt jou om op een natuurlijke en gezonde manier jouw huidproblemen aan te pakken en weer terug te keren naar een jeugdig en stralend uiterlijk. Dus waar wacht je nog op? Laten we samen aan de slag gaan voor een gezonde en stralende huid!



Step 1 – Cleaning

Choose your cleaner

  • No. 1 Nourishing Cleanser (all skin types)
  • No. 7 SAG Aloe Gel (all skin types)
  • No. 9 Multipurpose Clay (all skin types; do not allow to dry )
  • No. 10 Primrose Soap – More Skin Types (normal/oily/hyperpigmentation)
  • No. 14 Eye Make-Up Remover (all skin types; especially around the eyes)

How to use it

  • Normal/sensitive/dry: Dampen skin. Apply 1–2 pumps of No. 1 or No. 7 , massage for 30–60 seconds , remove with a damp sponge or washcloth , and rinse .
  • Makeup: Use No. 14 on damp skin . Also wet a cotton pad , gently soak , then rinse . (You can also thoroughly remove SPF from your face with No. 14 or No. 17. )
  • Normal to oily/acne-prone: Dampen skin. Apply 1–2 pumps of No. 1 and massage for 30–60 seconds . Then, mix a small amount of No. 9 into wet hands and massage into damp skin . Do not let No. 9 dry (use briefly as a cleansing/exfoliating step).

    Or: Lather No. 10 in your hands and massage briefly into damp skin. Avoid the eyes. Remove with a damp sponge/towel and rinse thoroughly .

Repeat if necessary. Pat dry with a clean towel .

Step 2 – Hydrate & Prepare for Nutrition

How to use it (per skin type)

  • Normal / combination / oily / acne:
    For added freshness and to gently remove dead skin cells (and help prevent breakouts): Apply 1–2 pumps of No. 3 SAS Aloe Serum or No. 8 Hyaluronic Water to a wet cotton pad and sweep over face and décolleté in circular motions to loosen dirt and any remaining dead skin cells. Then , if desired, apply neat No. 3 and/or No. 6 and massage until fully absorbed .
  • Sensitive / very sensitive / rosacea / eczema:
    Apply 1–2 pumps of No. 3 SAS Aloe Serum to slightly damp skin and massage in gently until absorbed. Looking for an extra refreshing/calming experience? Place 1 pump of No. 3 on a damp cotton pad and gently sweep over your face and décolleté . If desired, apply a thin layer of pure No. 3 afterwards.
  • Dry / very dry:
    Apply 1–2 pumps of No. 3 SAS Aloe Serum to slightly damp skin and massage in thoroughly. For extra hydration, apply in thin layers (e.g., a second layer of No. 3 ) until comfortable.

Optional (all skin types)

Want an extra fresh, smooth finish? Gently wipe with a cotton pad dampened with No. 8 Hyaluronic Water . Also suitable for very sensitive skin . Reapply daily, preferably in the evening and/or morning .

Tip
Hydrate before feeding (oil/gel/cream)—especially for dry skin — for better absorption and barrier support .

Step 3 – Nourish & Restore

How to use it (per skin type)

  • Normal / combination / oily / acne:
    Apply 1–2 pumps of No. 2 Nourishing Oil Serum or No. 13 Nourishing Gel – More Skin Types (hydrating, nourishing, restorative) to skin moisturized in step 2. Massage gently until absorbed. Need more? Apply in thin layers .
  • Sensitive / very sensitive / rosacea / eczema:
    Apply 1–2 pumps of No. 5 or No. 17 Nourishing Oil Serum or No. 13 Nourishing Gel to the skin moisturized in step 2. Massage in gently. For extra comfort? Apply a second thin layer.
  • Dry / very dry:
    Apply 1–2 pumps of No. 4 or No. 17 Nourishing Oil Serum or No. 13 Nourishing Gel to the skin moisturized in step 2. Massage in thoroughly.

  • Tip: First use N°13 as a moisturising base , then oil to seal in moisture.

Step 4 – Finish & Calm Down

For a radiant, calm skin (also good for itchy spots ).
Powder lightly with N°9 Multipurpose Clay .

  • Evens out & mattifies – subtle glow, sets make-up.
  • Soothes – reduces redness and provides a soothing sensation in case of itching (e.g. after an insect sting).
  • Protects – absorbs excess sebum and acts as a gentle 'pollution filter' .

Application

  • As a finish: apply a small amount with a soft brush over skincare or make-up (focus on the T-zone/cheeks).
  • Spot care for itching/stinging: make a mini paste ( clay + a drop of water or aloe ), dab on the spot, do not allow to dry completely , wipe gently.

Step 5 – Sun protection

Every morning, as the last step (after step 3):

  • Choose a fragrance-free, broad-spectrum SPF 35 – 50.
  • Apply generously ( 2-finger rule for face/neck).
  • Reapply in case of prolonged exposure, sweating, or after swimming (approximately every 2 hours ).

Step 6 – Weekly extras (1–3 times per week)

  • All skin types – N°9 Multipurpose Clay as a short mask: apply to clean, slightly damp skin (avoiding the eye contour).
  • Oily/acne-prone skin: Allow to dry briefly (≈2–5 min), loosen with water, and remove with a wet sponge/washcloth.
  • Sensitive/dry skin: Do not allow to dry ; keep the mask moist (e.g., with a mist or a little aloe). After 1–3 minutes, loosen with water and remove with a damp sponge/washcloth .
  • Frequency: 1–3× per week , depending on your skin tolerance.

Aurora Dionis Skincare Routine – Summary

Step 1: Cleanse
Pick a gentle cleanser suited to your skin (cream, gel, clay, or soap). Massage on damp skin for 30–60 sec, then rinse. Remove makeup/SPF with the Eye Make-Up Remover. For oily/acne skin, add clay or primrose soap.

Step 2: Hydrate & Prep
On clean skin, apply Aloe Serum or Hyaluronic Water. Use a damp cotton pad for light exfoliation or calming. Layer if extra hydration is needed.

Step 3: Nourish & Restore
Massage in a nourishing oil serum or gel chosen for your skin type (dry, oily, sensitive). Apply in thin layers to seal in moisture.

Step 4: Finish & Calm
Dust a little Multipurpose Clay to mattify, even tone, and soothe irritation or redness. Can also be used as spot care.

Step 5: Protect
Each morning, apply a fragrance-free SPF 35–50 as the final step. Reapply every 2 hours if exposed to sun or water.

Step 6: Weekly Extras
Use the clay as a short mask 1–3 times weekly. Keep moist for sensitive skin, let it dry slightly for oily/acne-prone skin.
