Protection is a priority – every day!
Even on cloudy days, UV rays reach your skin. Choose a broad-spectrum sunscreen (SPF 30 or higher). I prefer those with physical filters like zinc oxide.
Tip: Reapply every 2 hours, especially after sweating or swimming.

Use mild cleansers that remove dirt and sunscreen without damaging the skin barrier.
